Our job usually begins with a consulting phase: we work closely with our client to develop an understanding of the unique environment in which we will collaborate. We focus not only on the technical aspects of the project but also on the business process for which we are helping to build a solution.

We generally use UP (Unified Process) or Agile methodologies as our software engineering process framework. As every engagement is unique we believe in tailoring our process to our client's particular requirements.
