Paginar.net has a strategic vision based upon open source solution that tries to implement systematically, whenever the project allows it, in order to reduce the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) of the applications and information systems it applies.

While traditionally commercial systems depend on a monopoly scheme of support, in the case of open source there are multiple service suppliers, and so the associated costs decrease while the quality of service increases.
